Vitalyze was founded in 2016 on a specific observation: hospitals were entitled to manufacturer rebates on inpatient medical-benefit drugs, and almost none of them collected. The data work was brutal, and nobody owned it. So we built the technology that made those rebates collectible - among the first in the country - and proved the model the only way that counts: paid on results, quarter after quarter.
That discipline - find the dollars hidden in the data, get paid on outcomes - became Vitalyze EngineRx. The platform was designed by pharmacists who have run health-system pharmacy operations and built alongside data scientists and engineers, so the intelligence it returns reflects the workflows it came from. EngineRx turns pharmacy purchasing, claims, and administration data into financial intelligence leaders can act on without second-guessing. Today it unifies that data for more than 50 health systems and 500 facilities nationwide - powering rebate recovery, 340B performance, Medicare MFP reconciliation, and pharmacy network optimization.
We remain independent and profitable - answerable to our clients, not to outside investors or competing industry interests.
